    All services must be paid in full upfront at the time of booking. No work will be scheduled or carried out until full payment has been received.

    3. Appointments and Cancellations
    Clients are expected to attend all scheduled appointments on time.

    • Failure to attend an appointment without prior notice will be recorded as a missed appointment.

    • If a client fails to attend two scheduled appointments, Marble Autostyling reserves the right to cancel any future bookings.

    • In such cases, the full payment made for the service will be forfeited and is non-refundable.

    4. Vehicle Modifications and Risk
    All modifications, installations, or styling services performed on a vehicle are carried out at the vehicle owner’s own risk. By engaging our services, you acknowledge and accept that modifications may affect the vehicle’s original condition, warranty, or performance.

    5. Liability
    Marble Autostyling is not liable for any failure, damage, or deterioration of products or installations resulting from:

    • Negligence

    • Improper use

    • Lack of maintenance

    • External factors beyond our control

    6. Warranty
    We provide a 30-day warranty on all services carried out. This warranty covers workmanship only and does not include damage caused by misuse, neglect, or external factors. Any issues must be reported within 30 days of the service date to be eligible for assessment and potential remedy.

    7. Changes to Terms
    Marble Autostyling reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any revised terms.

    PRODUCTS

    1. Product Description

    We sell automotive styling accessories, including but not limited to body kits, spoilers, decals, interior trims, lighting accessories, and protective films designed for a wide range of vehicle makes and models.

    Product images are for illustrative purposes only. Actual color, finish, and fitment may vary slightly depending on vehicle specifications and manufacturing tolerances.

    2. Vehicle Compatibility

    Customers are responsible for verifying that the Product is compatible with their vehicle, including make, model, year, trim, and regional specifications.

    If uncertain, contact the vehicle manufacturer, your installer, or the product manufacturer before ordering.

    We are not liable for incorrect orders resulting from inaccurate vehicle information provided by the customer.

    3. Professional Installation

    Many Products require professional installation.

    We strongly recommend installation by a qualified automotive technician. Improper installation may:

    • Damage the Product or vehicle

    • Void product warranties

    • Affect vehicle performance or safety

    We are not responsible for damage or losses caused by improper installation or misuse.

    4. Compliance with Local Laws

    Certain modifications may be restricted under the laws of Ireland or other jurisdictions.

    Customers are solely responsible for ensuring that the installation and use of Products complies with all applicable laws, regulations, and vehicle inspection requirements.

    5. Pricing and Payment

    All prices are listed in the applicable currency and include or exclude taxes as indicated at checkout.

    Payment must be completed before an order is processed and shipped.

    We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and cancel orders affected by such errors.

    6. Shipping and Delivery

    Estimated delivery times are provided for guidance only and are not guaranteed.

    Risk of loss transfers to the customer upon delivery to the shipping address provided.

    Customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or related charges for international orders.

    7. Inspection Upon Delivery

    Customers should inspect all Products immediately upon receipt.

    Any shortages, visible damage, or incorrect items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with supporting photographs.

    8. Returns and Refunds

    Returns are accepted within 14 days of receipt unless the Product is:

    • Custom-made or special order

    • Used, installed, or damaged by the customer

    • Missing original packaging or accessories

    Refunds are issued after inspection and approval.

    Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

    9. Fitment and Finish Variations

    Aftermarket styling products may require:

    • Minor trimming

    • Drilling

    • Surface preparation

    • Additional hardware

    Minor variations in fitment and finish are normal and do not constitute defects.

    10. Warranty

    Products are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty where applicable.

    The warranty does not cover:

    • Accidents or abuse

    • Environmental damage

    • Unauthorized modifications

    Warranty claims may require photographs, installation records, and return of the Product.

    • Indirect or consequential damages

    12. Intellectual Property

    All trademarks, logos, product names, and images remain the property of their respective owners.

    Vehicle manufacturer names are used solely to identify compatibility.

    13. Cancellation

    Orders may be canceled before shipment.

    Custom or special-order items may not be canceled once production has begun.

    14. Force Majeure

    We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including weather, transport disruptions, labor disputes, or government actions.

    15. Governing Law

    These Terms are governed by the laws of Ireland unless otherwise specified.

    16. Consumer Rights

    Nothing in these Terms limits any statutory rights available to consumers under applicable consumer protection laws.

    For customers in the European Union, statutory rights under consumer law continue to apply.
